FDNY EMS PROCESS

I've applied to the most recent FDNY EMS exam #5003. I look under "Tentative Score" it states "N/A". I figured it's a little too early to know my score since filing was due 9/23. Regardless, Is this normal?

But I would like to ask if any one knows how the actual hiring process works. I know they call you for a physical test, medical and I think academy?(not sure)

Will I be placed for work after I am done with all of the steps? (if I got the steps correct) Or is there a wait list for placement as well?
