Just the basics for when I do auto races and such. AED, trama supplies, O2, BVM, Spin board, C Collar, fluids, and a couple other little things. I dont have my paramedics carry Narcs as its just to much of a pain and expensive. Pulsesox and blood cuff is all my medics use. Lifepak wouldnt get enough use to justify the cost.

Depends on the event and where you are. If im acting under my own license like doing set medic stuff, then more of what ill be doing is handing out advil and bandaids, so my bag will have more OTC stuff for minor problems. If im doing one of these "adventure races" then its gonna have mostly trauma supplies, some NPAs as well as advil, some electrlyte powder. Some companies provide this for you if your working under them.

Obviously needs will vary depending on the event but generally:

- Full BLS Trauma Kit
- Oxygen Kit (O2, Masks, BVMs, OPAs, NPAs, King LT, Suction, Pulse Ox)
- SAED
- Immobilization equipment (LSB, Collar Bag, KED)
- Symptom Relief Kit (Epi, ASA, Glucagon, Benadryl, Dimenhydrinate, Oral Glucose, Salbutamol, IV Fluids, etc.)

This is about the same for mine. Sometimes they provide and sometimes it's up to us. Just depends. I have everything anyway, just in case.
