The video is not the best but it's scary to know that it killed 23 people.

Ya mean some fruit cake wasn't standing 25 feet away from it with a video camera?

Seems funny when Steve Irwin is trying to get bit by the worlds most venomous reptile, but just plain stupid when some guy is running toward a Tornado.

I was in Oklahoma at a car show a few years ago, we were in a hi-rise hotel, and this HUGE siren outside started going off.. One of those FS Thunderbolts that spins around as the stator kicks up..anyway.. The hotel clerk said "I wouldn't worry about it, we'll be fine, as long as it doesn't hit the hotel". Since it was going off for a Tornado Warning, and not an actual spotted twister, we packed up quickly, threw our stuff in the cadillac and took off for home.

I can be repaired, but my 59 Cadillac couldn't be, and it was too high (w/ the antennas and sirenlite) to go in the parking garage. Stayed in a lil town 30 miles away for the night, and went back to find out nothing ever happened, but ya never know! :blink:

Did you even watch the video?

If you cared to watch it you would see that the image was taken from a security camera.
 
Holy Cow! Think about being the poor security people who can see that on their monitors and when the patients start pooring in realize what you actually watched. :( :(

I watched it... I could tell it was from a still frame secturity camera.

I meant, that usually some freak is out chasing these things, risking their lives to make their 15 minutes of fame on The Weather Channel. I wasn't poking fun, or making a joke.. Obviously you were offended by my position on the storm chaser.
 
My bad. I misread your first sentence. I read "was" where you put "wasn't".

I need to learn not to post until after 10am.
