Has any seen the second video of Eric Garner( http://m.vice.com/read/nypd-and-ems-workers-failed-to-help-eric-garner-after-cop-choked-him-721 ) after he is laying on the ground. Eyes wide open and unresponsive? The EMT or paramedic or whatever she was comes up to him and just checks his carotid pulse and says somthings to him. She isn't in a rush or anything. She did nothing.
