Entry Level EMT-B Sacramento Area

Hey All!

So I passed the NREMT, got my county card, heading to the DMV today with the ADL paperwork... now the job hunt.

The current plan is to submit my resume to all the companies that say online they have rolling hiring times. Anyone know of any actual openings? Anything you can suggest would be great. I'm also open to volunteering, which is seriously hard to get into around here. Why, oh why, did I ever leave the coast?

For volunteer gigs, you could look into Rock-Med. They do large scale medical coverage for various events. Also I am not sure if they are still hiring for their Sacramento operations, but Medic Ambulance (out of Vallejo) was recently accepting applications.
