Mar 26, 2012 #2 Z Zalan Forum Crew Member 60 0 0 Look for an Ivy Tech Workforce Certification Center in your area. Thats who I had to call to schedule my practical in Indiana for EMT-Basic. It cost about $85 for the practical, & another $15 to take the state exam.
