i took nremt 3 times and made it to 80 questions and failed did refresher course and just took it again today and got to 150 questions?? anyone knows my chancesss!!
 
Can't really tell. You can pass or fail just as easily with any number of questions. The best indicator is probably how you think you did.
 
I've taken the NREMT-P test two times answered 142 1st time 152 2nd time failed both. A Buddy of mine answered in the 80's and failed twice. The first time I took it one of my other friends answered the same number as me and passed. Who knows???
