EMT-P class and clinical schedule

I am looking to attend a night paramedic class. I am a volunteer so I work full time during the day (and work for free some nights and weekends..salaried).

I have heard the current Paramedic class has you complete a module, then do clinicals. If this is the case I can most likely do the course. I just don't think I could get in hundreds of hours of clinicals completed in time at the end of the course, plus the day job and survive.

This is in Texas if it makes a difference. Anyone have experience with this scenario?

Thanks,

It's all about time management. I was working ft on the trucks (4 on 4 off) while I did my Medic degree from a CC. I had an hour commute for all my classes and clinical. It is do able but can be pretty stressful. Having said that I never did a module type course.

Every program is ran differently.

Managing any form of full time school and a job is rough.

The best thing you could do is get a hold of the class administrators and inquire further.
