EMT cert never came in the mail

Hey guys - Have any of you guys had trouble with your certification and ID coming in the mail?
I took the EMT-B test about 2 and a half weeks ago, and passed. My cert # is online, but I never received anything in the mail. I called the EMS council and the jerk said there's nothing he can do and to call the post office. I called the post office, and they said there's nothing they can do since there is no tracking number. So I called my school and left a message. Then called my state's department of health and she said give it another week, even know everyone else got theirs. Everyone I've talked to so far is just passing the problem off to someone else..

So now I feel like I'm at a dead end over something so simple. Is there any certain way I should go about resolving this issue?
 
Sit tight, follow instructions and- if necessary- take Xanax.
 
As long as you have your cert number, you know you passed and can apply for jobs or start working. My card took 7 weeks to come, and in between, they kept giving me different numbers.
 
Man, if you think the NREMT is taking long, just wait until you have to wait for the state cert to come.


It's within the normal time frame, you're fine.
 
Patience - you have the cert # and can move on with jobs and/or working in EMS. My National came in three days, but it took two to three weeks for the State card and for some reason, my CPR didn't make it to me for three months.
 
1. Find fake copy of cert. on internet
2. Insert your number
3. ?????
4. Profit
