Hey y'all!
I have recently finished my EMT-B education. I have passed the practical and have my written for registry on Tuesday. I'm trying to beat the bushes for employment. I've applied at Lexington County and Richland County, SC. It's been a few weeks, but I'm allowing for the fact that I haven't yet received my registry certification as the reason I haven't heard back. Does anyone know how long it takes normally to hear back? I'm new to this field and am now scared I'm not going to find a job. When I started, there were plenty of EMT-B positions available, now, not so much. Any insight someone could give me would be greatly appreciated!
