I feel like there is alot more that I need to learn about EKGs. Of course, I know all the basics of reading them but I want to learn more about the physiology behind what I'm seeing and what other kind of rhythms that are out there. I just want to broaden my understanding all around. What is a good resource that has helped you?

Take an EKG college course.
Read an EKG book, there are tons out there.
Looking at strip after strip. Repitation helps.
Dr. Smiths EKG blog.
Reddit EKG is good for case studies.
Figure1 App has tons of EKGs and case studies.
