1 EMT/driver
1 Paramedic to do airway and push drugs
2 firemen/first responders to bag and compressions
1 fireman to drive their truck to the hospital and pick up the firemen

This is the normal scenario in my county. They have 4 men firemen, and we have 1 EMT-I and 1 Paramedic on every ambulance.

Our services are usually 2 person crews so you're looking at 1 or 2 paramedics if they're doubled up and 2 basics for grunt work, lifting, fetching, etc. We are our own first responders so we can't rely on extra hands that way. I would rather have the extra hands coming & cancel if I don't need them.
I would love to see a FF roll up on our brush truck. If that's the case, the pt should have been called a long time ago.
