Dashboard database to aid in care of trauma patients
State officials have taken the first step towards creating a new statewide trauma system by launching a new dashboard database which will allow hospital workers, and eventually EMS workers, to determine whether a facility has specialists and rooms available for patients based on the type of trauma they suffer.
