Critical Fails

My buddy just took an exam for a private company in Mass and he is nervous about his practical. He stated that he did good assesments on both the trauma and medical. On the medical he stated that he gave nitro for chest pain but forget baby asprin. Is that a critical fail? On the trauma he can not recall if he suctioned the patient. He stated that the exmainer told him patient was gargling a little and breathing at 8 breaths per min. He placed an OPA and bagged teh patient with a BVM. When he reassessed the patient the airway was clear. He forgot to say sunction but made the motione. He is scared that is a critcial fail. Can anyone help him put his mind at ease. I told him I beleive fail to suction is a fail but he is looking to hear what others have to say.

All depends on what the company wants. The only ones who can tell you/him if they are fail points or not are people from the company.
