Critical-care blog

I read the post partum hemorrhage / shock one. It was interesting, but it was like a how to guide beyond the scope of prehospital care.

Uhh yeah, it's not a pre hospital blog. It's an EM blog.

I guess my comment would have been acceptable if I left out the prehospital part. My main point was the how to guide. It is like a cook book. There isn't much to discuss. This is the complaint, call these experts, and give these drugs. Usually when I think of a blog, I think of somebody giving their thoughts/opinions. This website is pretty straight forward. Literally like a cookbook.

I looked at it as more of a "here's a bunch of things you can do/try".

My wife subscribes to a couple of blogs like this. She's now the medical director for her practice, so she writes standard of care protocols for the newer vets to work from. They look a lot like this.
