Crash at Air Show in Reno

Newest reports I see are 5 dead.


Thankfully it was nowhere near the Sknyliv airshow disaster with 77 dead and hundreds wounded. But 5 is still too many.

12 dead, 25 critical and 25 serious was the last report I heard. This is probably the death knell for the Reno Air Races. What a waste of a perfectly good warbird and human life.
 
Good C&C exercise, watch the casualty figures

Excellent illustration of "The first reports are always wrong". One network reported in sequential readings that 75 people were reported injured, and 20 killed outright. No way they had the data, probably akin to the mixups when the Norwegian police started releasing figures about the active shooter and bomber in Norway.
