CPR etc teachers: seeing this?

I'm teaching volunteer classes with ARC (as well as paid classes elsewhere) and I'm seeing this recently: very small classes, and students complaining they were registered for the wrong class. Anyone else experiencing this?

Smaller class sizes yes. Although that's because we put a prerequisite class in place for the college EMT program.
