Protocols!!! I have to learn another one but that means I got another job. AMR time. First time doing the whole private ambulance thing. Been with FD as a Basic etc. Any advice for dealing with the corporate side of things?

Put your head down, do your job, ignore the corporate things until you have been there a long time.. also - stay out of the drama regarding personal lives, opinions, etc. Listen but do not talk. After being there awhile, you will learn who is standup and who will step on your bleeding body for the next rung up the ladder. After you have been there for a while, you will learn what the corporate decision making chain really is, as opposed to what it is supposed to be. Good luck
