Community Health System EMS

Anybody have any input on Community Health System EMS in Selmer, TN? They (CHS) seem to run the county EMS in several west TN counties. My biggest reservation is they seem to frequently have vacancies which would suggest high turn-over rate.

Any insight would be appreciated.

I know many people that work for, or have worked for CHS hospitals; most of them did not stay long or want out. CHS has hurt most of the hospitals that I know of in my area (Mid-Atlantic area), has a "bad name" and seems to have trouble getting employees.
