We use Cincinnati Pre Hospital: and Hx, and Blood Glucose readings; Fly due to the fact that it is 45 minutes from gate to a small hospital (level III) and 90 minutes to Level II or I. And on some runs, you can add an hour to those times due to how far into response area we are. Of course days like today we can't fly due to weather problems
