The Meanest City in the United States

Sarasota Florida has been named the meanest city in the United States....That's according to the Washington Based-National Coalition for the Homeless and their list of the 20 worst cities for treating the homeless.
A Sarasota ordinance prohibiting sleeping outdoors overnight without permission on public or private property prompted the decision.
Sarasota officials argue that the no-lodging ordinance helps keep the city's homeless out of unsafe and unhealthy camps

Gosh...homeless people deserve love too. Even the one that called me a Heartless B*tch the other night because I wouldn't let him in the hospital to get some coffee.
