If anyone is interested San Marcos Hays County EMS is hiring, Full time for sure, possibly part time? Pay is right at 50k for paramedics.. not sure on EMT or Intermediate pay. Go to the website for further, looks like they are taking applications until October 7th.

Hello. Planning to go , Tuesday the 11th. SUPER EXCITED about the career chance.
1.Study my NREMT skill sheets: CPR/AED. Medial assessment, Trauma assessment.
2. Study patient assessment practice scenarios
3. Study EMT-B "pearls of wisdom" for the exam
4. Study Hays County protocols.
5. Prepare for oral interview.

With skills, If i just relax and do what i would do in the field, i should be ok. Slow down and think.

I do not know if we will be test on skill sheet knowledge or "general" knowledge.

Any tips wold be great!
