Can't decide on my first job in EMS ...

I'm a new EMT-b and I haven't got my first job yet. In a month I'm getting my Phlebotomist license and in January I'm getting my National Dysthymia Tech cert. I can't decide whether to pursue as my first job being an emt, a phlebotomist or an ekg tech. My question is which is easier to get into without experience? Which pays more money in a hospital? And which is the shortest route to get into Kaiser? Eventually I want to retire with Kaiser as a social worker but as I'm going to school I want to get some years in at the hospitals and hopefully get into Kaiser ASAP.

Any comments or tip would be awesome guys. Thx!!

Just apply for whatever you are qualified for and see which doors open.
