Has four little sideways folding wheels only two of which "steer", others fixed straight ahead; canvas cover (no mattress), ours is orange, the foot end has a long squared off "D" handle, and the back will tilt up for sitting and simultaneously shorten the carrying frame behind it. When rolling, the pt is about four inches off the floor. No model number and this one's serial has been rubbed off the FW plate. It predates 1987.
Murphy's Law strikes again, here it is:
Ferno Washington Model 9 (yes, NINE). Someone still sells it too! Allegedly it fions sue in aviation due to low clearance.
