This vehicle is seen seconds before it ran over a person walking in a crosswalk, leaving them with broken ribs, and a shattered knee.
The medical transport then fled the scene. There are more details but because of an investigation (date, time, place) I cannot provide them. However, the pen seen in the picture points to what one witness said was a wheelchair logo. Because the van has windows in the rear side panel, it is likely a wheelchair, dialysis or gurney transport vehicle. The van is white with blue trim. Flashers sit above the front window.
The driver fled the scene, and since has not been found because the picture is too grainy to identify any name. The 911 callers couldn't read the name or number on the van. Please help. Thank you
