could anyone tell me about Bi County in the Yuba area. Application process, hours, coverage area, anything. Thank you

You can only apply in person, the coverage area is yuba county and I think Sutter county. It's a 3 person panel interview and they have a very strict acadamy. Know Thomas guide map books inside and out. Study the crap out of there maps. I think it's 12 hour shifts and they have 1 24 hour shift.
