I assume that your manual stretcher can be loaded right into a helicopter?
Though don't miss working in a type II (vanbulance), the fit/finish in the back of that unit is remarkable.

Yeah, I am truly spoiled for room. It would take some acclimating if I were to work in a unit of that size. It would be nice to be able to reach almost all equipment from your seat though.

That 4wd unit reminds me of th hummer surplus I used at an old fd. I loved it. That van looks like it would be amazing to work in.
 
The 4wd truck looks awesome, but I'd bet working an ALS patient would be a chore.
 
I like the Captains chair instead of the bench seat in the back.
