Asking God for helping hand or medic (Utah)

It was a terrible accident and my thoughts go out to him and his family for a speedy and easy recovery.

With that said another article stated the driver was blatantly intoxicated and he reached through the window, not an open door. I'm not one to Monday morning quarterback and I admire his reasoning behind it but I'm personally not going to go reaching into a running vehicle with an intoxicated driver behind the wheel. Things like this have happened too many times and they never, ever end well.
