Applying for jobs - bump in the road

Hi all,

I was recently employed with ProTransport in Oakland, CA, but was unfortunately let go after having not passed my field training. However, I'm determined to not give up, and to keep applying for ambulance companies.

My question is, when I'm applying, is it necessary that I list ProTransport as a previous employer on my resume/application, being that I only worked there for two weeks? I don't want to withhold necessary information, or look like I'm hiding something, but I feel like if I tell them I got let go for failing my training, it will be nearly impossible to find a job anywhere.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. Any advice will be appreciated

Definately disclose it because it will be known at some point, might as well own it.

People leave jobs all the time and get new ones, even after being fired, I think the more important thing for you to consider is why did you fail training?
