I've seen more and more using Wake county's protocols? Are people getting a modifiable template somewhere?

North Carolina EMS protocols are quite progressive (at least, compared to where I am), as well. They're available on this site: http://www.ncems.org/nccep2012.html

They base theirs off of the stock NC OEMS protocols and publish their modifications freely on their site. They're progressive in some areas and behind (subjective) in others. As a whole they represent the cutting edge of EMS delivery in NC.

Unfortunately, getting the modifiable Visio templates is typically only possible during the draft period. Your best bet would be to email the NC OEMS folks and ask if you could have a copy to base your protocols off of, they may be receptive.
