Anyone know about "Norcal EMS"? Need some feedback.

They are advertising for employees to teach in northern California with AIHS and/or ARC cetificates. Their website (sites?) are a little odd looking. Has anyone worked for or taken a class from them? RSVP

UPDATE: Org. name confusion

NORCAL EMS is a body governing EMS in northern California. NORFCAL SPECIALIZED EMS is the private empoyer. The latter is the one I'm trying to vet.
