Anybody know what book this might be?

So a couple years ago, before I was certified but around the time I starting thinking about EMS, I was a walking delivery boy/caterer for a chain cafe here in NYC. I'm walking back from a delivery and pass by a book store and see a book that had nothing about EMS in the title but something about it along with the picture brought EMS to mind so I stopped in and checked it out. Anyways, to the point. I don't remember the title or the author but it's about 2 medics who go around diggin' out peoples' kidneys and selling them on the black market. Pretty positive this is fictional. Anyone know what book this might be?
