Any jobs around South Bend, IN?

I'm new to this site and EMS. I've wanted to go back to school for a while now but it took a lot of soul searching to decide what to go back for. I've decided to take EMT Basic classes and possibly push straight through to Medic classes (if finances allow). As a child both my parents were ski patrollers with the National Ski Patrol as well as my grandfather, I always admired them for what they did to help injured skiers. My question is before I spend money I don't have on school, are there any jobs in my area, I don't see too many postings on internet job boards so I'm a little hesitent. I know there's a few private companies around here: Prompt, Superior, Tri-County, ACT, Accell to name a few. Thanks for any advice in advance.
