Ok, so we all know that iOS and Android are slightly different. So what apps are people using on their smartphones from the green guy?
One of my screens is setup as an EMS screen and has the following on it:
GPS Status (precise GPS for calling the bird in and telling them where we are. Great in a rural setting)
Flashlight (came on my phone. Handy if I can't get to the light in my ankle pocket)
EMSnotes (not working with the new update though)
iResQ (incredible resource for calculating drugs and doseages and a great reference)
Google Translate (I work in NM and don't speak Spanish. Comes in handy)
EMS Pad (for timing of scenes, can add pictures and audio into the log, along with notes)
Medscape (has replaced Epocrates as my go-to app for drugs)
Epocrates (still there since there are a few drugs I've found here but not in Medscape)
Informed ALS field guide (nuff said)
And my camera shortcut is there as well, along with my clock widget. When I worked in Pecos I used to keep two folders of commonly called numbers on that screen as well (flight services, dispatch, hospital, SO dispatch)

I have a pretty big list on my blog: droidmedic.com

Although I didn't list some of the ones you mentioned. Ill have to look into those :)

heh I figured this might draw you out :) Droidmedic is a good blog :D And in my favorite network of blogs as well!

On my EMS page I currently have:
-EMS ALS Field Guide
-Medscape
-Epocrates
-Merriam-Webster medical dictionary
-Google Translate
-Mini Nurse
-Maps
-Calculator

But I think I'm going to replace some of the less used apps with a couple of those that you listed Transport

same here

Yeah i have all the apps already listed. I have found that the Informed ALS field guide is a must have for veterans and newbies. I also have the basic and 12 lead EKG apps as well. Speed anatomy is simple and basic but fun a app too.

Thanks :) I haven't done much updating since I started working towards moving. I need to take a couple days and hammer out a bunch of posts.

OB wheel, google navigator (with all hospitals preloaded), epocrates, slacker radio

Just found another decent app to add to the list.

Its called "12 Lead ECG Challenge" by Limmer Creative.

It has 150 ECGs in its database right now but im hoping for more when they update. Its by far the most in depth 12 lead app that ive seen.

If you want to get really agressive, get the Merck Medicus app from Merck, its got the Merck Manual, Harrison's Practice, plus a bunch of news and RSS feed you can customize by topic. You can get it for free from merck website
