The company I work with is looking at starting a radio station to promote what EMS Fire and Law Enforcement professionals find to be important.

What types of things would be interesting to you?

Promote as in public outreach/PR or as a podcast type thing for medical professionals?

They were thinking trying to bring political change to grassroots. Discuss needs live with politicians.

But I thought that sounded boring and wanted some ideas to bring them.

So looking at how this thread basically died, I assume people wouldn't really listen to a EMS radio show.
