Ive read the articles and it seems that Nov. 1st will be the first day for this change. Currently, Paramedics Plus is contracted with EMSA. When AMR takes over, is this just on the business end or will they do a full sweep of re-lettering the trucks, uniforms, policies, etc...to reflect that of AMR?

Anyone working in the area, fill us in.

Hard to say. Lately AMR has been keeping some of the agencies they buy out or take over contracts to as the original name. Because EMSA is the authority over that area, trucks probably will stay mostly the same.

By contract, the contractor is forbidden to advertise- no decals, patches, AMR shirts, etc. Trucks, gear etc are City/EMSA property. The uniforms are technically PPI property, we will either get clothing records transferred or new issues of the same. AMR has already promised more and better shirts.
