AMR/Abbott Merger

Has anyone heard anothing about Abbott EMS and AMR merging?

That was a done deal last year. Not a merger but a buyout of Abbott. Here is the link to the article:

As I understand it... it is done, but Abbott still operates as Abbott in their area - because they have a good history in the region.

If A*M*R has a base near you... this might actually be a possibility for you!

old news in mass. it started about 15 years ago. amr moved in and bought up as many of the privates as they could. i havent heard of them buying anymore(or if i have, i dont remember it). the latest ive heard about amr is them actively investigating LEAVING mass.
