Ambulance N.B. investigates stretcher ride down street during party
DIEPPE, N.B. — Ambulance New Brunswick has completed its investigation into an incident in which someone rode a wheeled stretcher down a busy street during a St. Patrick’s Day party.
The ambulance provider issued a short statement Friday to say that disciplinary action had been taken to ensure this type of incident does not happen again.
“Once again, we would like to apologize to the residents of Ste-Croix Street who witnessed this unprofessional behaviour,” the company said in the release. “And we would like to thank the citizens that advised us of this incident and encourage anyone that witnesses this type of behaviour to contact us.”
