Always hold on to the stretcher

That looked fake to me. But ouch, real or fake its a good lesson

We did an internal training video this year that was two of our Captains in Education dumping the stretcher in every way you could think off. They had a Benny Hill-ish soundtrack. Kept it informative but kinda funny.

Was that Sam berstein holding a camera just waiting for it to happen.
I agree with Leo it looks pretty fake.

Looked real to me. One of the wheels didn't pivot and stretcher went over when he turned corner. I did that with a shopping cart once.

That guy took a doorway in the upper chest and almost in the chin. If it was staged, he's in hurting status NOW!
Actually, I was trying to se which country that was in. Reminded me of stories about Turkish military and rural EMS.

I was thinking eastern European but you can see AMBO on the door of the truck so not Cyrillic.

Like humans in the back of a moving vehicle, the cot needs three points of contact at all times: the wheels and two hands (two hands of one person if not moving), two sets of hands if moving.

Anything less is asking for trouble.

That better have been a dummy if it was fake...

I've also seen the exact same thing happen with an empty cot before.

Looked real to me. This should be an educational video to show all emt students why two people need to be holding the stretcher every time you have a patient on it.

Dumping a stretcher with a patient on it is one of the reasons they give for having your own liability policy. I managed to tip over an empty cot on my third shift. I managed to catch it before it went completely over but I'll tell you what I've helped upright a full size tricked out Harley with less effort. Stryker stretchers go down hard.
