Taking my EMT-B test tomorrow morning, not so worried about the test, at this point in time I figure that I know what I know and I should just spend the night relaxing.

I am, however, slightly worried that the address on my Authorization to Test form is different than the one on my license. The ATT form address is correct, I moved a while ago but never went to the secretary of state to get the license changed, and being away at college, it never really was an issue. I'm also not sure if I need to print the ATT form, or if all I need is two forms of I.D.? Will the address be a non-issue?

How long ago did you move? Why haven't you changed your address yet? Do you realize that this is considered a Class B Misdemeanor in some states? My police department regularly tickets people who have old addresses on their license and never bothered to get them updated. If the officer is feeling particularly grumpy he impounds the vehicle and arrests the driver for driving with an improper license.

It was just never something I got around to do and luckily I have never been pulled over or gotten into an accident.

The address didn't matter by the way. My test took me less that 20 minutes to do, I was scheduled to start at 11am, started at 10:45 and was out of the building by 11:05. Stopped at what I thought was a ridiculously soon number, not sure what though. I passed, regardless. Some of those questions though, no clue how we are expected to know unless by some random chance.

You lucked out. I think you should immediately go to the DMV (or their website) to see about getting your addressed updated. Don't delay even a moment longer.
