Acid-base balance

Hey Guys,

I'm about a month into paramedic school and we just did acid base balance.
I have an ok understanding of it, but could use some help with a more in-depth view. Stuff like signs of resp/met acidosis and alkelosis, anything to help me get a good understanding. Thanks

Are you using a seperate A&P book or that awful little bit on the front of the Parahowto skills manual?

Brown cannot think of anything off the top of Browns head, somebody will be along shortly with a bunch of references .... where is Mrs Brown when you need her, she wears the chemistry smartypants in the Brown house. Oh great, now she will see this and get other ideas ....

Until somebody else comes along please keep your hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times, no flash photos.
