A decent percentage of my runs that I encounter during my shifts are patients that regularly utilize our services. My ePCR software will bring up dates of service within the last 120 days, which allows importing of listed medical history, allergies and medication, along with contact and payment information. But it doesn't go into any details about the actual patient encounter (dispatch info, assessment, impression, treatment, and so on). I think that being able to look at detailed information of past incidents could be helpful with some patients. Does anyone use a system that allows you to review past incidents remotely?

EMScharts allows you to pull up past ePCRs and filter by primary caregiver.

ESO can be set to pull up any runs you are associated with in whatever date range you set

So long as you have internet access at least. For a long time we used the app without internet access on the tablet and that made even pulling demographics difficult.

We use Imagetrend, and the desktop/tablet based program we use to type our charts is on a program called FieldBridge. After we complete the chart, we upload it to a web based cloud program called StateBridge. If we want to review any chart, it can be pulled off StateBridge, but we need Internet access to do it and it is very slow and cumbersome.

FieldBridge only imports demographics, PMH, and meds for patients in a 90 day window I believe. Most BLS companies have theirs set to pull in demographics from any patient they've ever transported, but I think we're worried about patient privacy if we lose a tablet.

Not our ePCR software, but our CAD system, Spillman, does, we can see an the history of a person or an address.
