hi ya all, a older paramedic ask me and I couldnt find the answer so maybe you guys could help...

What can cuse A. Fib to becaome unarrhytmic rhtyem?

Hi Micu!! Do you mean "controlled A Fib" or "chronic A Fib"?

I dont know what "controlled A Fib" is but the syndrome I ment is probaly Friedrich syndrome when ther is a AV Block of some sort that make the Fibraltions un-arrthymic

AF can present with a regular ventricular response in the presence of AV block or with a ventricular paced rhythm.

or even A-fib can be regular. It may or may not be regular irregular. I have seen A-fib with a controlled regular rate. Yes unusual, but possible like 3'rd degree with A-fib is strange as well.
