Yeah, obvious if you have training and experience.
 
Anyhou, it wasn't the point to pick it or anything but for interest's sake, she had an apparently gigantic renal cyst and pneumonia.

It wasn't clear. I think she heard her mother say "weakness" at some stage and took it a bit out of context.

There has been some pretty strong public health campaigns on the topic of stroke recognition recently. I think it might be related to the fact that I've seen several pts lately who have had completely unrelated problems but were quite confident they'd had strokes.
