I am saddened to hear this news.

3 crew and 1 patient died in the wreck shortly after takeoff of the dual prop plane.
We often hear of the helicopter crashes, but fixed wing is not immune.
I have had some dealing with this company, and if I recall correctly, it seemed as though the airworthiness may have been an issue. I am eager for the NTSB report.
