I've seen a few cases in which a young male was having a stemi with no risk factors what so ever. These were caused by coronary artery spasms.

Definitely. There are a number of causes of MI in those age groups. You get a 18 year old snorting half his dad's salary, I can see. And in the absence of thing like, having run a marathon or drug use...what is the likelihood. And on top of that what is the likelihood of it being essentially asymptomtic?
