Good day everyone. I woke up this morning with the 2018 EMS Trend Report from EMS1 in my inbox. Very interesting read, showcasing current issues and some silver linings in our industry. I found the data on paramedic education requirements and recruiting/retention sections of particular interest and thought this would make for some interesting discussion among members of our forum.

Yea, they require your email. I tried to upload the pdf file, but it's too large.
