1st EMS Job

I finished EMT school in February, 2011 and just got picked up with NorCal Ambulance in the SF Bay Area. Orientation is next week. I'm excited nervous, but feeling pretty fortunate to have gotten hired in an enviroment where EMTs are said to be" a dime a dozen".

There is an abundance of EMTs, but there is a high attrition rate too.

you must be the lucky one, I graduated in July of 2010, I even applied at NorCal amulance and still haven't heard back from them... maybe because i'm Asian? lolz...
