15 day wait

Hello everyone, Im new here to forums and I have a question that Ive yet to see an answer to. I took my NREMT test on 11/12/13, got my results on 11/13/13. I failed first try and have to wait the 15 day time frame. Well today is the 15th day by my count. I went to the NREMT site, logged in and went to the cert part to pay the 70 again and get the ATT, well all it says there is just the print examination results and print receipt. Is it 15 business days to wait, or just 15 days in general? My main concern is that my skills expire in December. and Im not sure if that will affect me taking the NREMT again. Thank you in advance

Weird, try calling the NREMT Phone: (614) 888-4484
 
Office is closed. I tried calling yesterday as well. I just have zero clue as to why it hasnt let me reapply again. It just says your attempt at national certification was unsuccessful. This is your first attempt. Then it just has the tabs of print results and print receipt. I want to schedule this test again soon.
 
It's business days IIRC. So weekends and turkey day don't count
 
Oh ok gotcha. That eases my mind some. I just wasnt sure. My skill expire in December. That shouldnt be a problem should it?
