My class started with 10, and three of us passed our registry. The reasons for people dropping is: two dropped due to the fact they said they would never be able to use a combitube, or king airway on someone. The rest just did want to do the work, or study.

Just wondering, on average how long everyone stayed an EMT basic before they started medic classes? I planned on waiting until around next January/February to try to enroll. At that time I will have been an EMT for a year.

Thanks everyone! Our instructor helped us schedule our tests and we didn't have the option to take it on weekends. I scheduled mine for this Wednesday.

Looking for some advice and some info on it. I've heard a different amount of questions everyone's took is there a certain reason some had 70 questions and some had 125? Also I have aN EMT-Basic exam cram plan book, has anyone used it and found it helpful? Thanks!
